Once-in-a-Lifetime Chess Experience in Goa
The moment Indian chess fans have been waiting for is finally here. Tickets for the opening rounds of the FIDE Chess World Cup 2025 are officially on sale! From 1 to 26 November 2025, Goa will host one of the biggest chess events in the world, and you now have the chance to be inside the venue, witnessing the action as it unfolds. The first two rounds (1–6 November) are open for booking, giving spectators their first opportunity to experience world-class chess in person.


This edition will feature a massive 206-player field, a $2 million prize fund, and three coveted spots for the FIDE Candidates 2026. The lineup includes many top players, like World Champion Gukesh, Arjun Erigaisi, Praggnanandhaa, Nodirbek Abdusattorov, Anish Giri, Vincent Keymer, and several more elite players.

The event offers two primary ways to enjoy the action: whether you want to feel the intensity of the playing hall or the interactive energy of the fan zone. You can book your tickets here.
Playing hall tickets
With this, you will get as close as possible to the drama. There will be four time slots available each day, including a special Photo Slot where limited photography is permitted before the round begins.

Fan Zone Pass
With this pass, you will get to interact with IM Tania Sachdev, IM Sagar Shah, GM Harshit Raja, GM Sahaj Grover, Amruta Mokal, and Sahil Tickoo. They will take you through the games with live commentary and insights. There is also the added possibility of interacting with players who visit the fan zone after completing their rounds!

- Classical Game Days: 1, 2, 4 & 5 November 
Playing Hall Tickets:
Photo Slot 1 – ₹500 (2:00 PM | Photography allowed till 3:10 PM)
Slot 2 – ₹300 (4:15 PM)
Slot 3 – ₹300 (5:15 PM)
Slot 4 – ₹300 (6:15 PM till end of play)
Fan Zone Ticket:
₹1,000: Full-day access
- Playoff Days — 3 & 6 November 
Full Day Ticket:
₹800 - All-day access to the playoff battles, where every game could be a knockout blow.
Fan Zone Ticket:
₹1,000: Full-day access

Important Guidelines
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable. 
- Internet handling charges may apply. 
- Please reach the venue at least 15 minutes before your slot. 
- Avoid attending if you are unwell. 
- Reselling tickets is prohibited and will result in cancellation. 
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. 
- The playing hall entry depends on capacity. 
- No phones or electronic devices allowed inside the hall (except during Photo Slot 1). 
- Devices must be deposited before entry. 
- Absolute silence must be maintained. 
- Photography is only permitted during Photo Slot 1. 
- Fan Zone Pass provides full-day access. 
- Slot Tickets allow access only during the chosen session. 
- Food counters will be available on-site. 
- Organizers reserve the right to modify policies or restrict entry when required.
